About me

I have enjoyed over 30 years of global experience, I’ve led commercial success across the UK, North America, Australia, and Asia. I’ve helped businesses turn around underperforming regions, enter new markets, and secure major contracts - always by focusing on the value delivered to the customer. My career progressed from a rookie in sales of all things typewriters before moving into UK Technical Sales positions. As my career progressed i began to look after Europe as Sales Manager for a US component manufacturer before becoming Sales Director at Vortok International.

Success here led to my 11 year tenure as Managing Director of this manufacturer of specialist products for the rail industry. In 2021 I followed my line Manager to the Edilon Sedra Group and became General Manager and Director of their Australia opearation, laterly adding the North American operation to my Directors remit.

Recipient of industry awards recognising innovative use and marketing of product- and service - based Intellectual Property. I am known for creative strategies in leveraging third parties - both suppliers and partners - to maximise the value and reach of IP assets. I now work with B2B companies to strengthen their sales performance, develop high performing teams, and build long-term commercial growth - all on a flexible part-time basis.

Throughout my career, I’ve built and mentored teams, led strategic shifts in go-to-market approach, and introduced value-based selling models that improve margins and deepen client relationships. Now based largely in the United Kingdom , I offer fractional sales leadership to companies that need senior expertise without the commitment of a full-time hire. My work is practical, focused, and results-driven — combining board-level thinking with hands-on support.
